Progressive bingo jackpots, as the name suggests, progresses or increases as the games goes on. The rate at which it increases is determined by the number of players in the game and how much they spend, that is how many bingo cards they buy. A progressive bingo jackpot is won by the person who achieves full house within (or below) a specified number of balls. The odds of this are higher than simply winning the full house so not surprising the progressive jackpot isn’t won every game. This of course makes sense as otherwise the jackpot would never increase to a sizeable amount.
